When a group of independent filmmakers attend ScorpiusFest, a small film festival in Park City, Utah held the same week as Sundance, they discover a chaotic one-man operation held in a conference room with no projector. After meeting the festival's founder, Steffon Olsen, they return the following year with cameras to document and help run the event.
